Online Abstract Submission
Precis is an online Abstract Management service designed for organizations collecting abstracts, papers, presentations, awards and grant applications. Precis offers online submissions, peer reviews, speaker management, session / room scheduling and an online itinerary planner. 

Our system is completely flexible to match your Call. There are no limits to the number of system fields and the amount of data gathered. Reviewers can judge and grade submissions online or offline. All data is instantly available to you 24/7. Build your program manually or let the system do it for you. Your presenters can upload their handouts, photos or PowerPoint presentations to be viewed through the online itinerary planner.

Online Grading for Reviewers
Our online review system is top grade! Reviewers only see the submissions that they have been assigned to judge. After logging into the system they can read each abstract online or print them out. Grades, Disposition, and Comments can all be entered directly online.

You can set the review system to be blinded or unblinded. Actually you can pick any field in the entire system that you want your reviewers to see, no limits.

Reporting
Standard system reports, customized reports, and exports all keep you informed  throughout the entire process with LIVE data. Keep tabs on the number of submissions. Find out what's happened today, last hour, last week, last month. Make sure your reviewers are keeping pace with grading. And our new report builder gives you the added flexibility to build and pull reports with the information you need in real time.

Session Management and Scheduling
The Session Management Center allows sophisticated manual scheduling system for assignment of submissions to time slots. One of the many benefits to building your program online using Precis is that you don't have transfer errors. The information  is all connected in one database, so no one needs to copy and paste information into a separate system.

Email Communication
Email reminders can be a powerful tool in keeping track of everything that goes on in abstract processing. Notify submitters of upcoming deadlines, notification status, and keep presenters up-to-date on meeting events by sending customized email notices. Changes in deadlines, session scheduling, anything that your submitters and presenters need to know can be communicated through Precis. Hours, days, maybe even weeks can be saved with the Precis email notification system. Precis can generate and distribute notification emails to all submitters and presenters with very little of your time.

Attendee Program Search / Itinerary
Precis includes an online program search and personal itinerary builder for attendees. You chose which information to show to your attendees, (ex: session title, description, presenter, day, time and room in the facility). The online program can be searched by date, topic, free text, speaker, or session number. Attendees have the ability to select sessions of interest and then add them into their own personal itinerary.

As an added benefit to your attendees, and to save printing costs, ask your presenters to upload their handouts and PowerPoint presentations in advance. Attendees can save or print the documents prior to arrival or onsite.
